Underwhelming stay. Expected more
faulty heating poor soundproofing
The heating was a real issue. It didn't work at all . the room reminded me of an icebox, honestly! i contacted the staff, but they were unable to fix it. it was an unpleasant experience. also, the soundproofing was not great. i could hear noise from the street and other rooms, hard to sleep well.

the room was super clean. breakfast was fantastic and had fresh pastries. the hotel staff was helpful and gave great tips.
the walkway from the lift to the room looked down the high gap below.

fantastic selection homemade bread excellent location
The hotel's location is excellent. I easily walked to many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast had a fantastic selection including homemade bread and cakes. The staff helped me promptly when I asked for extra pillows.
I noticed a slight noise from the hallway in my room.

The suite included two large windows overlooking a quiet street. A king-sized bed ensured a restful sleep. The room included a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water and juice. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and plush towels.

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the main dining room. Freshly baked pastries are available. A selection of cheeses and cold cuts is offered. Hot items included scrambled eggs and sausages.

The reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day. Staff provided quick assistance with luggage storage. Concierge services included restaurant recommendations and tour bookings. I found the team very helpful and responsive.
